Our client, a leading home care provider, is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead their growing service and uphold the highest standards of person-centred care. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to make a lasting impact on both service quality and business growth.

About the Role

In this role you as a Registered Care Manager will oversee all aspects of care delivery - from staff recruitment, training, and supervision to ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering exceptional care outcomes. The role is initially office-based, transitioning to a hybrid model (up to two days working from home) after the first 12 months of successful integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of domiciliary care operations to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop care staff to maintain high professional standards.
  • Develop and review person-centred care plans that meet each clients individual needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, policies, and safeguarding requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local stakeholders to promote trust and satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities through effective networking and business development.
  • Support operational expansion and contribute to the companys long-term success.

About You

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven experience in a care management role within the homecare sector.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in domiciliary care.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
  • Full UK driving licence.
