BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Sales Planning & Market Development

  • Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define clear sales targets aligned with Döhlers regional and global objectives.
  • Ensure proactive pipeline building and expansion into new customer segments.

2. Revenue Growth & Business Expansion

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region.
  • Collaborate with Business Units and Market Segment Managers to design impactful sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers across CLMT markets.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the escalation point for resolving customer concerns.
  • Position Döhler as a trusted partner in innovation and value creation.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Ensure technical and disciplinary leadership, including hiring, assessments, and development planning.
  • Provide regular performance reviews, coaching, and training opportunities.
  • Foster a motivated, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture.

5. Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee sales operations including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales results, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal standards, and regional regulations.

6. Digital & Process Excellence

  • Drive digitization initiatives to improve sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to optimize sales efficiency and transparency.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, structures, and information flow across markets.
