We are looking for a Walmart Catalog Specialist to support our Brand Management team by maintaining, optimizing, and managing product catalog content across Walmart Marketplace platforms. This role involves executing catalog-related tasks such as item setup, content updates, image and copy uploads, and backend attribution, while ensuring compliance with Walmart's content standards.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of eCommerce catalog operations, is highly detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. You will collaborate closely with Brand Managers and internal teams to ensure high-quality content execution, support reporting needs, and contribute to overall brand performance on Walmart Marketplace platforms such as Seller Center and Supplier One.
This role requires a proactive, organized, and analytical individual who can work independently while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
DAILY DELIVERABLES
Perform catalog functions, including NIS setup, variations, copywriting, and image uploads
Maintain, optimize, and monitor Content Quality Scores and Listing Quality Scores
Set up and manage Brand Registry in Walmart Seller Center and Supplier One
Conduct catalog and content audits to ensure compliance with Walmart Category Style Guides
Collaborate with Brand Managers on content optimization strategies
Pull, analyze, and report digital shelf insights (e.g., Share of Voice, Share of Search, paid and organic rankings)
Maintain and organize Supplier One catalog data and assets
Execute special catalog-related projects such as buy box loss analysis, variation creation, and Brand Page/Shop setup
Assist in generating ad hoc and recurring reports (quarterly and annual) for assigned brands
Support ratings and reviews management and reporting initiatives
Draft meeting agendas and document client meeting notes and recaps as needed
Respond promptly to internal and client requests for information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
Comply with data integrity, security, and backup policies
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year of experience with Walmart Retail Link, Supplier One, or Walmart Seller Center preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in a professional or agency environment preferred
Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and retail market channels
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and accountability
