We are seeking a Business Transition & Process Architect to play a vital role within our Solutions Architect team by leading the smooth onboarding and operational transition of client accounts. This position involves managing the entire transition processfrom conducting initial client research and engagement during pre- and post-RFP phases to designing workflows, training workforces, and overseeing operational handovers.

The ideal candidate will ensure that each transition is executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards, aligning closely with both client requirements and internal processes. Strong project management, communication, and process optimization skills are essential to successfully bridge client expectations with operational capabilities, driving seamless integrations and long-term partnership success.

  • This job operates in an office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment.

  • The Employee is required to stand, walk, bend, use his/her hand to handle or feel objects, or tools, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear for extended periods of time.

DAILY TASKS

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of new client accounts during pre- and post-RFP stages to understand their processes, workforce, and challenges.

  • Collaborate with sales, solutions architects, and client teams to provide insights that inform proposals and transition plans.

  • Help design and refine client-specific solutions by aligning operational feasibility with business objectives.

  • Lead the creation, documentation, and implementation of workflows, workmaps, and SOPs tailored to client and internal needs.

  • Manage end-to-end client operations transitions, including workforce integration and change management.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to onboard transitioning client workforce into internal operations.

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations during transitions.

  • Oversee account handover to operations teams, ensuring smooth continuity and high service standards.

  • Monitor transition outcomes, identify risks, and implement improvements for future transitions.

  • Provide ongoing feedback to solutions architects and operations teams to drive continuous process improvement.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in process architecture, transition management, or operational leadership

  • Experience supporting pre- and post-RFP processes, including client research and proposal input

  • Proven skills in process mapping, SOP creation, and workforce training

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, client teams, operations, and technical staff

  • Familiarity with BPM tools, workflow software, and change management frameworks

  • Background in solutions architecture, business consulting, or client services is advantageous

  • Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI) or Process Improvement certification (e.g., Six Sigma)

  • Experience in BPO, IT services, or consulting industries

  • Knowledge of agile and continuous improvement methodologies
