Omni Channel Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Multichannel Marketplace Specialist to join our cross-functional team. This hybrid role is strategically positioned at the intersection of digital advertising, marketplace operations, and growth optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating comprehensive digital marketing initiatives while simultaneously driving operational efficiency across eCommerce platforms.
Youll be executing paid media campaigns (Search and DSP), coordinating eCommerce operations, and assisting with catalog and inventory maintenance. Youll help deliver seamless advertising and merchandising experiences while collaborating with Account Managers and Specialists to ensure our strategies are aligned and our execution is flawless. This is perfect for someone who excels at managing details, from ensuring content accuracy to coordinating ad placements. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

DAILY TASKS
Set up, launch, and monitor Amazon Search and DSP campaigns across client accounts.
Pull performance data, analyze trends, and support reporting efforts with meaningful insights.
Assist with bid adjustments, keyword harvesting, and negative targeting recommendations.
Support the Account Manager with campaign QA, pacing checks, and click credit tracking.
Ensure product listings and variations are accurate, complete, and optimized across platforms.
Support catalog creation, troubleshooting, and updating of A+ Content and Storefronts.
Monitor buy box health, suppressions, and seller feedback issues.
Submit cases to Amazon/Vendor/Seller support for listing and fulfillment issues.
Coordinate with Account Managers, Brand Coordinators, and Advertising Specialists to align strategy.
Maintain shared documentation for campaign updates, product setup tasks, and platform requests.
Ensure tight communication across teams to meet key milestones and deadlines.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations or digital advertising (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada preferred).
Detail-oriented with strong data literacy and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong communication skills for both internal collaboration and client-facing updates.
Analytical thinker with excellent spreadsheet and reporting skills
