Interim Sub Acute Director

Interim Subacute Director - Los Angeles area, California

We are seeking a visible and team-oriented Interim Subacute Director in the greater Los Angeles area. This role will focus on the nursing quality and team engagement of a busy, high acuity subacute unit. Ideal candidate will have experience with subacute regulations within California. 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience as a Subacute Director in California
• Strong clinical foundation with the ability to lead through influence and maintain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with staff and support frontline operations.
• Knowledgeable in patient safety protocols, EMR systems, and nursing workflows in acute care settings.
• Availability to begin within 2-4 weeks from date of offer and to be on-site in for the duration of the engagement.
