OnAim is a technology company developing a comprehensive gamification platform delivered as a SaaS solution for iGaming, eCommerce, Fintech, and other industries with large user bases and high transaction volumes. Our platform enables businesses to enhance user engagement through configurable mini-games, achievement systems, rewards management, and analytics tools.

As we expand our platform capabilities and client partnerships, we're hiring a dedicated Account Manager.

Job Details:

  • Location: Chavchavadze avenue (On-site)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 or 10:00-19:00

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and develop relationships with B2B clients in the iGaming industry
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and ongoing support
  • Ensure clients are properly onboarded and supported throughout the partnership
  • Coordinate client requests, questions, and issues with internal teams
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and maintain regular communication
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience
  • Help drive long-term partner success and retention
  • Support the delivery of product updates, changes, and important information to clients
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and other internal stakeholders to meet client needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry
  • Proven experience working with B2B clients in roles such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Provider Relationship Manager, or similar
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • High proficiency in English and Georgian, both written and spoken; Russian is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in SaaS or product-based technology companies is a plus
  • Familiarity with admin panels, dashboards, or platform-based products is a plus
