Senior .NET Developer

OnAim is a technology company developing a comprehensive gamification platform delivered as a SaaS solution for iGaming, eCommerce, Fintech, and other industries with large user bases and high transaction volumes. Our platform enables businesses to enhance user engagement through configurable mini-games, achievement systems, rewards management, and analytics tools.

As we expand our platform capabilities and client partnerships, we're seeking a dedicated Senior .NET Developer.

Job Details:

• Location: Chavchavadze avenue (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 or 08:00-17:00

What You'll do:

• Architect and develop modular microservices using .NET (C#) and Clean Architecture
• Implement APIs and core logic
• Integrate and manage RabbitMQ and Kafka for asynchronous, event-based communication
• Build real-time communication features using SignalR
• Containerize and deploy services using Docker
• Write clean, testable code with strong emphasis on unit testing
• Collaborate actively with developers, project managers, QA, and other stakeholders
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and regular retrospectives
• Contribute to system design, documentation, and technical decision-making

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of backend development experience with .NET (C#)
• Strong experience with CQRS and Clean Architecture
• Proficiency in Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and relational DBs (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Solid experience with Redis for caching
• Experience integrating RabbitMQ and/or Kafka
• Proficiency in building real-time applications with SignalR
• Strong knowledge of Docker for local and production containerization
• Excellent understanding of unit testing practices
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile development environment
• Excellent team communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
