Position: PA 1099 Contractor

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Physician Assistants (PA) to join our team as 1099 Contractors in Newark, DE. As a contractor, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of facilities and settings, providing high-quality patient care while earning a competitive compensation of $750+ per shift.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and provide appropriate treatment

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

- Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive care

- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records

- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care and confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Current and unrestricted NP/PA license in the state of Delaware

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as PA in a clinical setting

- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using electronic medical records

- Ability to travel to different facilities as needed
