Job Description
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departements or individual, scheduling meeting, managing travel and preparing reports.
- Coordinate office management activities, and ensure efficient filing system (hard copy & electronic)
- Assist in preparing agendas, MOM, and supporting meeting
- Support committees, task forces adn special projects as needed
- Handle correspondence, information request, including preparing and managing confidential document
