Personal Assistant to Commissioner
As a Personal Assistant to the Commissioner, you will be responsible for managing the Commissioners daily tasks, ensuring efficient communication, and handling administrative and operational business needs. You will play a key role in maintaining the productivity and effectiveness of executive operations while supporting the companys business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare reports, business documents, and presentation materials as required.
Manage schedules, meetings, and business travel arrangements for the Commissioner.
Coordinate with various divisions to ensure smooth business operations supporting the Commissioners agenda.
Handle communications, draft correspondence, and manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
Identify and prioritize tasks requiring special attention and ensure their timely completion.
Conduct research and business data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications :
Work experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or related role in an executive environment.
Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Time management: Effective multitasking and time management skills in a dynamic environment.
Confidentiality: Strong understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information.
Analytical skills: Basic business understanding and the ability to conduct research or perform simple data analysis.
Interpersonal skills: Flexibility, initiative, and adaptability to quickly adjust in various business situations.
Education: Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with an overseas education are highly preferred.
