The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.

Job Description

  • Provide full support to the Directors/Management in daily operations and business activities.
  • Organize meeting schedules, business trips, and work agendas efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for sales & marketing needs.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and business partners.
  • Monitor sales targets and assist in marketing activities.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and documents) promptly and professionally.
  • Willing to work beyond normal office hours (overtime) as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from a reputable private university (any major; Marketing/Communication/Management preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a Sales/Marketing role.
  • Preferably residing in North Jakarta (Pluit, Muara Karang, PIK).
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Willing to work overtime and travel when required.
  • Disciplined, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Able to work under pressure, demonstrate loyalty, and show strong problem-solving skills.
  • Placement: Pluit, North Jakarta.
