SALES MANAGER

SALES MANAGER (LOGISTIC)

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Salary: USD 1,000 – 2,500/month
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Chairman

One HR Hub is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of our client in Phnom Penh.

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong track record in business development, client acquisition, sales strategy, negotiation, and revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
Identify and develop new customers, partners, and business opportunities
Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
Lead and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute business strategies
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients and partners
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to management

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office

PREFERRED

Experience working in the logistics industry
Bilingual in Khmer and English or Chinese

MONTHLY SALARY: USD 1,000 – 2,500

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
