Context:
We are looking for a Business Analyst (2-5 years of experience after graduating) capable of writing technical/functional specifications based on needs expressed by our Business teams.
BAs in this team are analyzing business requirements provided by a Business Product Owner and are responsible for writing implementation specifications which are then used by developers and testers to code and qualify the new feature. The main mission of this position is writing high specifications.
Name of the project: Feature Implementation Specifications
Description of the project: Write implementation specifications of identified features for client's IT applications following the new documentation methodology.
Description of the service to be rendered:
Design and specify functional services of the platform:
Writing User Stories
Specifying functional design
Specifying external Interfaces
Writing Functional analysis documents
Defining functional configuration
Documenting Data Model

Deliverables
Agile artefacts within all sprints, i.e. User Stories
Functional Specification
Interface specifications
Functional analysis documents
Information or Data Model Documentation

Some additional specifications:
Real experience in writing functional specifications based on an expression of requirements (this does not mean writing procedures, user guides or training manuals, which do not require the same experience or skills, but rather writing detailed functional specifications)
Autonomous and well organized
Excellent oral and written communication skills adequate for documenting complex business requirements clearly and unambiguously
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent English
