About the job Office Administrator
We're looking for an Office Administrator in Blessington. This position will ensure the smooth operation of the office - overseeing reception, distributing & collecting paperwork, organising recruitment & some HR duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing reception, printing, distributing and collecting departmental paperwork daily.
- Managing and coordinating occasional events
- Screening candidates for roles, organising and closing out interview process
- Ensuring all files kept up to date, assisting with rostering and other HR tasks
- Capturing & maintaining data for the new ERP system
Experience & Skills:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
