We're looking for an Office Administrator in Blessington. This position will ensure the smooth operation of the office - overseeing reception, distributing & collecting paperwork, organising recruitment & some HR duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing reception, printing, distributing and collecting departmental paperwork daily. 
  • Managing and coordinating occasional events
  • Screening candidates for roles, organising and closing out interview process
  • Ensuring all files kept up to date, assisting with rostering and other HR tasks
  • Capturing & maintaining data for the new ERP system

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
