Salary: 36,000 per annum Junior to Mid-Level

Hours: Full-time (39 hours/week)

Role Summary:

This hybrid role is central to supporting our client's a small but essential service provider within larger supply chains in meeting evolving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) obligations while maintaining a strong client service culture.

The ESG Compliance & Client Data Account Manager will lead sustainability compliance reporting, support delivery of client solutions, and manage high-quality client data using advanced software tools, applications, and CRM systems. The role ensures the companys readiness for regulatory frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and embeds sustainability into core operations in a way that creates both environmental and commercial value.

This is particularly important as, in our role as a vendor, we contribute directly to our clients sustainability reporting responsibilities and overall ESG performance.

Key Purpose of the Role:

· Design and implement a fit-for-purpose Environmental Management System (EMS) and contribute to enhancement projects that support CSRD alignment and sustainable business practices.

· Research and implement strategies to improve electricity, water, and waste usage, supporting alignment with the EUs Net-Zero emissions goals.

· Coordinate internal and external audits, report findings, and manage close-out of corrective actions.

· Develop and maintain a traceable ESG data tracking system that feeds into internal and client-facing sustainability reports.

· Publish sustainability updates to enhance transparency and support client trust.
