An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and experienced Service Manager to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a hands-on, support-driven environment, managing a team of five responsible for scheduling services and reactive calls. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Maintenance Manager, ensuring smooth operations while handling various SLAs and troubleshooting challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead a service scheduling team, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the scheduling of reactive service calls and planned maintenance work.
  • Handle reporting and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Navigate a high-pressure environment, quickly addressing operational challenges as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager, supporting strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships within the team, fostering a supportive and structured work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven team management experience, ideally within a service-driven role.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of handling a team with diverse personalities.
  • Experienced in managing SLAs and troubleshooting scheduling complexities.
  • Background in service operationsthis role is not suited to IT delivery professionals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
