Job Title: Operations / Admin Coordinator
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
Salary: 30,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations/Admin Coordinator to join our team in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys supporting daily business operations and contributing to a smooth-running office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Device Setup & Management: Configure and distribute tablets and related equipment to team members.
- Uniform & Supplies Management: Order and manage clothing, uniforms, and other essential supplies.
- Fuel Card Coordination: Organise and maintain records for fuel card distribution and usage.
- Reporting: Compile and maintain regular reports related to operations, finance, and other KPIs.
- Client Liaison: Communicate professionally with clients, handling requests and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Finance Support: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and other basic financial tasks.
- General Office Support: Carry out a variety of administrative and ad hoc office duties as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
