We are excited to be partnering with a well-established motor distributor group to recruit a Customer Service & Warranty Support Agent based in Parkwest, Dublin 12 .

About the Role
You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting both customer service and warranty processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries across multiple channels, delivering a high standard of service

Understand customer needs and consistently exceed expectations

Review and support warranty claims and payments with clients

Prepare and maintain customer service and warranty reports

Manage queries from B2B customers relating to warranty and service issues

Work as part of a dynamic and evolving team to meet performance standards

Take ownership of customer queries and see them through to resolution
About You

A motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service

Previous experience in customer service (motor industry experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training provided)

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and build rapport

Confident working in a fast-paced, changing environment

Proven ability to handle customer queries effectively and efficiently
