Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Leeson Street, Dublin2

Salary: 30K-32K DOE

About Our Client: Our client, a respected publishing company is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone inquiries and addressing customer needs.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

1-2 Years Admin or Customer Service Experience

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Knowledge of the Catholic religion is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
