Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Leeson Street, Dublin2
Salary: 30K-32K DOE
About Our Client: Our client, a respected publishing company is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone inquiries and addressing customer needs.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
1-2 Years Admin or Customer Service Experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of the Catholic religion is advantageous.
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
