Commercial Catering Equipment Engineer

Our client is a leading provider in the Catering, Bakery, Bar & Laundry industry, delivering high-quality equipment and services to a wide range of clients.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Commercial Catering Equipment Engineer to join their team. You'll be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of a wide variety of catering equipment in the Leinster area.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain a broad range of gas and electric catering equipment, including: Combi ovens, cooking ranges, fryers, chargrills, microwaves. Food service units such as bain-maries, hot/cold serveries, toasters, coffee machines; and dishwashers, glass washers and grease traps.
• Provide breakdown support, preventive maintenance, and bespoke service contract work
• Communicate effectively with clients on-site
• Prepare clear and concise service reports
• Participate in on-call rota, covering at least one weekend per month

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 1-2 years of experience with commercial gas and electric catering equipment
• Full, clean EU/Irish driving licence
• RGI registration and/or F-Gas certification (advantageous)
• Willingness to undergo Garda vetting (required for some government clients)
