We do not require you to provide criminal history on initial application forms, in compliance with Massachusetts “Ban the Box” law (CORI law) for most roles.

4. Data Retention & Deletion
We will retain your personal data as long as necessary for the recruitment purposes for which it was collected, and as required by law.
If you withdraw your application or request deletion, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your data unless a legal obligation requires retention.
Under Massachusetts data security law (M.G.L. c. 93H) and regulations 201 CMR 17.00, we must protect personal information of Massachusetts residents with appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
Additionally, under M.G.L. c. 93I, when disposing of personal information we must do so in a manner that renders it unreadable.
5. Security Measures
We use industry-standard security controls—encryption, access controls, internal policies—to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We also maintain a written information security program (WISP) as required by Massachusetts law for entities handling personal data.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

The Portal is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. When changes are significant, we will notify applicants and post a new effective date.
