3. Applicant Materials / License

By submitting your resume, cover letter, or other materials (“Applicant Materials”), you grant OneCall HR and its clients a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, distribute, and use those materials for recruitment, evaluation, and internal purposes.

You retain ownership of your submitted materials.
4. Modifications / Discontinuation

OneCall HR may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Portal—or any feature—at any time, without notice.

OneCall HR may revise these Terms. The updated version will be posted with its effective date, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
5. Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OneCall HR disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts of law.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Portal shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Insert County], Massachusetts.
