POSITION: Site Superintendent
POSITION PROFILE: Bachelor of Civil or Architectural Engineer with at least 2 years construction experience and regulation knowledge.

THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager, Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project plans, specifications, and schedules. Duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality controls, safety checks, and provide on-site direction and coordination.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise and coordinate with Project Manager to insure that all activities are carried out according to the applicable regulations and construction drawings.
2. Record information such as personnel, production, and operations data on specified forms or reports.
3. Review cost proposal and construction drawings and submittals of all work to meet related regulations, the company's standard and requirements by client.
4. Keep good communication with Management to inform of any kind of issues immediately.
5. Cooperate with Project Manager that proposed design doesn't interfere with any existing or new installations.
6. Review/Evaluate quotes from subcontractors with Project Manager.
7. Create/Evaluate/Control construction schedule with Project Manager.
8. Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
9. Support Project Manager in other activities to keep customers satisfied, improve safety and quality.
