Title: Japanese / English Bilingual Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Buford, GA

Key Responsibilities

    Customer Service Center

    • As a customer support representative, gather information regarding customer requests, issues, or feedback, and prepare announcements to be communicated internally within the company.
    • Establishing a friendly relationship by holding regular meetings with clients.

    Management and support of normal warehouse operations.

    • Support warehouse employees in correctly using the WMS and performing their tasks together with the warehouse manager and supervisor. Conduct training for employees, including the method of education.

    Inventory Control

    • Confirm whether the inventory within the warehouse is being managed accurately.
    • Considering the introduction of a new WMS to enable accurate inventory management and examining the management methods and systems.

    Warehouse operations support.

    • Identify the issues and challenges in warehouse operations, and collaboratively promote improvement activities with the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor.
    • Execution of special tasks from clients and superiors.
    • Develop appropriate work procedures for new or additional tasks and assign responsibilities to the personnel.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    3+ Years: Manufacturing or Logistics Environment

    Direct experience working in a manufacturing plant or logistics/distribution center is required. 

    3+ Years: Inventory Management

    Demonstrated experience managing inventory, performing cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and working within a WMS or ERP system.

    Additional Requirements

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and data entry.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across production, shipping, receiving, and admin teams.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed in a warehouse environment.
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Native-level Japanese.

    Preferred (Nice to Have)

    • Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience supporting administrative or office functions alongside warehouse duties.
