Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with general contractors and field teams to maintain project schedules, standards, and address issues promptly
  • Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and staff to ensure timely project completion
  • Review project plans, identify potential RFIs, and proactively manage risks
  • Manage projects from initiation to customer delivery
  • Achieve revenue and profit goals in line with established budgets
  • Complete and maintain necessary paperwork and project documentation
  • Administer and monitor safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance
  • Assign personnel, order materials and equipment, and secure required customer approvals
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of subcontractors to meet labor demands
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for on-time material deliveries
  • Support field staff development through training, goal setting, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Provide weekly reports on job status, revenue, profit, and warranties to the Division President
  • Monitor warehouse and tool inventories; approve tool purchases as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and support additional office and jobsite duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of residential/multifamily drywall service experience
  • Strong knowledge of drywall systems and operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time constraints
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
  • Customer-focused with effective interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable to changing responsibilities and circumstances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Weekends as needed
