We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring that our fleetcomprised of tractors, trailers, and forkliftsoperates efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring effective maintenance and repair of fleet equipment.
• Maintain the overall health and safety of our vehicles and equipment.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Make timely and sound decisions, especially under pressure.
• Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
• Coach and develop technicians, fostering growth and a commitment to quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, products, and services.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on mechanical experience with tractors, trailers, or forklifts (required).
• Mechanical Knowledge: At least 1 additional year of general mechanical understanding (preferred).
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required); technical training (preferred).
