OnSpot Global is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced team and spearhead our ambitious hiring initiatives. This role demands a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in managing and executing large-scale recruitment campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across all levels and functions, ensuring we build a workforce ready to fuel our explosive growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing:

    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-volume talent pools for diverse roles and locations.
    • Leverage a wide range of channels, including online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and employee engagement initiatives, to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Streamlined Recruitment:

    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and establish efficient interview processes.
    • Implement and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimize candidate flow, screening, and communication.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to identify promising talent for the next steps.

Mass Hiring Expertise:

    • Design and execute high-impact recruitment campaigns tailored to large-scale hiring needs.
    • Manage and streamline onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, even in high-volume settings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop employer branding and talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Strong understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention.
  • Expertise in utilizing various sourcing techniques and leveraging technology, including ATS platforms and social media recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Data-driven approach and analytical skills to measure and improve recruitment processes.
  • Experience in managing and leading a recruitment team.
  • Bring your own device (BOYD) for remote work.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organization.
