About the job HR Representative
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related position.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR administration processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Domiciled in Palembang or Prabumulih.
- Able to join immediately is preferred.
Job Descriptions :
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and payroll matters.
- Support employee relations and internal communication activities.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and other related documentation as required.

- Location : Prabumulih, South Sumatera.
- Working arrangement : Full WFO.
