Certification Expert

Requirements :

• Prior experience on Sustainability certification and/or Quality management systems and/or ISO Standards (i.e. Ecocert, GlobalGAP, Fairtrade)
• Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Engineering or Natural Sciences. or the relevant qualifications or any other relevant field.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role or field.
• Experience in agricultural and agroforestry development projects, analysis of existing supply chains and production potential of agricultural biomass also for industrial use.
• Ability to design and manage large-scale agricultural and agroforestry interventions.
• Knowledge of agricultural and agro-forestry production systems, with particular reference to contract farming mechanisms and/or agro-industrial initiatives
• Good knowledge of English language

Job Descriptions :

• Coordinate suppliers compliance to ISCC certification requirements
• Train and inform staff (both of company and suppliers) on the sustainability tools that the organization decides to adopt
• Keep an UpToDate product inventory (mass balance) of incoming and outgoing certified products
• Verify that client logistic team correctly filles in and archives: receipts of payment, weighbridge tickets, transport documents and Sustainability Declarations
• Regularly update the documents and procedures present in the Sustainability Management System of company
• Make sure that non-sustainable product are correctly accounted
• Organizes and manages the audits required for certification
• Prepare all documentation required for ISCC audits required for certification of the company.
