About the job Procurement & Admin Assistant
Requirements :
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement and/or administrative support
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Familiar with basic procurement processes (RFQ, MR, SR)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Job Descriptions :
Procurement Support (Main Focus) :
- Source vendors, request quotations (RFQ), and coordinate with internal users
- Prepare and process Material Requisition (MR) and Service Requisition (SR)
- Create and manage purchase transactions in ERP - Xero
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and documentation
- Monitor deliveries and follow up on pending orders
- Maintain procurement records and supplier database
- Verify and submit corporate travel invoices to Finance
Administrative Support :
- Provide receptionist and general office administrative support
- Manage employee leave and attendance records
- Verify corporate taxi and courier invoices
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
- Assist with meetings, documentation, and other tasks as assigned
Additional Informations :
- Location: Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan.
- Working arrangement: Full WFO.
