Requirements :

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement and/or administrative support
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Familiar with basic procurement processes (RFQ, MR, SR)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Job Descriptions :

Procurement Support (Main Focus) :

  • Source vendors, request quotations (RFQ), and coordinate with internal users
  • Prepare and process Material Requisition (MR) and Service Requisition (SR)
  • Create and manage purchase transactions in ERP - Xero
  • Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and documentation
  • Monitor deliveries and follow up on pending orders
  • Maintain procurement records and supplier database
  • Verify and submit corporate travel invoices to Finance

Administrative Support :

  • Provide receptionist and general office administrative support
  • Manage employee leave and attendance records
  • Verify corporate taxi and courier invoices
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
  • Assist with meetings, documentation, and other tasks as assigned

Additional Informations :

  • Location: Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan.
  • Working arrangement: Full WFO.
