Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in logistics or supply chain
- 10 years of experience in logistics management in a manufacturing/logistics or supply chain environment.
- Fluent knowledge of English.
- Willing to be placed in the Riau area.
Job Descriptions :
Logistic Management
- Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations for Waste & Residue (W&R) feedstock (e.g., Refined POME, PFAD, Sludge oil, other Agri-residues) or Palm Oil from suppliers to storage terminals and export points.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Quality Control, Sustainability, Commercial, HSE), third-party processors, transporters, surveyors, custom forward, and port operators.
- Develop logistics schedules aligned with product availability, mill production cycles, loading/unloading windows, and terminal storage capacity.
Inventory & Reconciliation
- Ensure all finished (RPOME & PFAD) products received from the processor are sampled and laboratory-tested according to applicable standards prior to unloading into the terminal storage tank.
- Conduct daily physical stock reconciliation with system records on all products that have been delivered and stored at the storage terminal.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in quantity and quality, including mass balance verification and coordination with surveyors and laboratories to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate tank dipping, stock reporting, and third-party survey verification.
Export & International Shipment Management
- Liaise with surveyors and inspection companies for quantity and quality certification prior to loading.
- Coordination with freight forwarders, port authority, custom and shipping lines
- Preparation and verification of export documentation (BL, COO, Marpol, Invoice, Packing List, MSDS, ISCC documentation, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with destination country import regulations and sustainability requirements (e.g., INS and ISCC EU).
Operational Control
- Monitor shipment quality, quantity, lead time, transport cost, and loss control (shrinkage, contamination risks, and demurrage).
- Implement cargo integrity measures to prevent cross-contamination (dedicated tanks, cleaning certificates, sealing system).
- Identify inefficiencies and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising sustainability or compliance.
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
- Identify operational risks (port congestion, weather disruptions, regulatory changes, contamination risks).
- Develop contingency plans covering backup transport, loading optimization, demurrage and loss mitigation, and buffer storage to ensure smooth and cost-efficient operations.
- Act as focal point for logistics troubleshooting and cross-functional coordination.
