Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international maritime markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, vessel managers, shipyards, and engine service providers
  • Understand technical requirements of marine engine spares and offer suitable solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely supply and delivery of parts
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to strategically position company offerings
  • Participate in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marine engine spares or maritime equipment sales
  • Strong network within the maritime and shipping industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications :

    • Technical knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine diesel engines
    • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
    • Multilingual proficiency is a plus
