Site Representative

Requirements:

• Minimum of associate's degree with 2 years of experience.
• Physically healthy, willing to work remotely with less supervision.
• Team player and has problem solving attitude.
• Preferably experienced in handling operational work (personnel, mobilization, and logistic).
• Good in administrative and reporting.
• Proficient in Ms Office and email.
• Fluent in English especially writing.
• Having own laptop device.
• Preferably domicile in Sumatera Selatan.

Job Descriptions:

• Daily coordination with client to capture operational needs and bridging communication to OPAC head office PIC.
• Coordinate field personnel (schedule, PPE, mobilization).
• Recap monthly timesheet of all personnels.
• Assist project cost controlling.
• Manage documentation, administration, and invoicing.
• Field assignment is required as per request.
