QHSE Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in public health / occupational safety.
• Certified AK3 Umum (preferred).
• Certified in Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 (preferred).
• Min. 1–2 years experience, fresh graduate with strong HSE exposure acceptable.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Canva.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Job Descriptions :

• Prepare and update QHSE supporting documents for CSMS and tender requirements for PT OPAC Barata and its subsidiaries.
• Maintain and update QHSE databases (CSMS records, observation cards, 5R/5S, HSE meeting attendance, and monthly QHSE performance report/data).
• Maintain MCU records for HO employees and sites (if needed).
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE Plans for various projects.
• Implement and comply with IMS / ABC-RMS procedures in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001, under the supervision of the QHSE Specialist.
• Develop and disseminate HSE promotion and awareness materials.
• Act as Operational Document Controller, including document distribution, revision control, and record retention.
• Conduct HSE induction and routine HSE training, including preparation and maintenance of training records.
• Support internal and external audits, as well as and management reviews.
• Assist the companys general insurance coverage, including EL, CGL and AL policies, ensuring adequate protection for all operations.
