QA/QC Coordinator

Requirements :

• Good Knowledge of English Language written and spoken
• Knowledge of Plant Management, Plant Production Optimization
• Good Knowledge of HSEQ
• Good knowledge of Vegetable Oil Extraction technical Standard ISO, TQM and Quality system, Technical requirement and Standard
• Good knowledge of national legislation applicable to biofuel and vegetable oil sector
• 5 years experience in the vegetable oil or biofuel industry operations with QA/QC responsibilities.
• BSC /Diploma In Analytical Chemistry, process/chemical engineering or any other relevant field.
• Willing to be placed in the Riau area.

Job Descriptions : 

• Overseeing samples collection, analysis of product to determine quality compliance and retention of samples as per contractual requirements.
• Ensure proper checking and recording of quality parameters at critical control points.
• Ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality set by the company.
• Prepares reports, compiles and maintains records on product quality status, and all tests and inspections that have been conducted.
• Ensure correct quality process is followed in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Plans and lead audits on the tolling service providers operations
• Assist the Production Superintendent in overall supervision of the tolling services provider
