About the job HR Formalities & Legal Assistant (Expatriate Permits)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling expatriate permits and immigration formalities.
- Familiar with the process of RPTKA, Work Permit Notification, Visa, KITAS/KITAP, MERP, STM, SKTT, and other immigration-related documents.
- Experienced in coordinating with Ministry of Manpower, Immigration Office, and other government authorities.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Additional advantage:
- Experience handling expatriate permits in multinational companies or consulting firms.
- Familiar with TKA Online system or OSS.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Legal Compliance :
- Ensure company compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and employment laws.
- Manage expatriate documentation including work permits, visas, stay permits, and related immigration processes.
- Coordinate with government authorities regarding immigration and manpower permits.
- Monitor the validity period of expatriate permits and ensure timely renewals.
- Follow up on permit applications and regulatory processes.
Handle mandatory government reports such as :
- LKPM, OSS reporting
- Manpower reporting (Wajib Lapor, etc)
- BPJS administration
- Other regulatory submissions as required
- Ensure compliance with OSS, BKPM, and other regulatory authorities.
HR Formalities & Documentation :
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Prepare letters related to HR matters such as employment verification, warnings, and official correspondence.
Internal Support :
- Assist administrative support for HR operations.
- Assist in HR audits and compliance reviews.
