Position General Overview

Main duties include working on various social media and content-making functions instrumental to the success of the overall business. The employee in this position will supply a detailed routine to-do list to ensure that duties and responsibilities are accomplished on time.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulate, maintain, and update a cross-platform content strategy.
  • Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Monitor and communicate with social media followers and platform subscribers, including responding to queries promptly.
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy - Define the most important social media KPIs (Key performance indicators)
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
  • Manage and oversee content across all platforms, including blogs, email, and social media.
  • Maintain and update client lists on multiple platforms.
  • Track and analyze SEO to provide effective solutions for content optimization - Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign - Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies - Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Attend educational conferences
  • Provide constructive feedback

Position Requirements/ Qualifications

  • Social Media Specialist Experience
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Experience
  • Content Writing Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills with a neutral English accent
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Critical thinking
  • Certified in Facebook and Google Marketing or can get certified
