The individual in this role will be required to do the following but are not limited to providing customer satisfaction to existing and new clients, doing administrative tasks such as data entry and leads generation
Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with clients through email and phone calls and ensure that all relevant information is properly captured.
Collate and accurately input existing and new client information on the database.
Evaluate and generate new leads by cold calling and emails
Excellent Communication Skills with a neutral English accent
Previous BPO experience in market research, surveys, and the like is a PLUS!
Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
Computer Literate and excellent typing skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Can work with minimal supervision
Able to work on shifting schedule
Able to work on Special and Regular Holidays
