Position Overview

The employee holding this position is responsible for tasks instrumental to generating and growing revenue. Act as an ambassador for the business, promote the company and its products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making outbound calls daily using the data provided
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and/or sales team to ensure leads are generated within the various business sector
  • Convert the calls to new business leads
  • Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided
  • Inform potential clients of the company’s products and services
  • Use company database to gain potential leads
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business
  • Input and maintain guest/prospect information onto the company database
  • Always ensure prospect/client satisfaction
  • Deal with telephone queries
  • Build relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values
  • Ensure service is prompt, polite, and professional standards are kept
  • Assist with other departments as required
  • MS Excel expertise is a PLUS
