We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead our high-volume outbound sales efforts. This remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, excels at cold calling, and consistently turns outreach into qualified leads.

As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your ability to quickly build rapport, handle objections, and create interest will play a critical role in driving our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
  • Engage decision-makers and qualify leads through effective conversations
  • Build rapport quickly and uncover potential opportunities
  • Follow up consistently to advance leads through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 3 years of outbound cold calling in sales or lead generation
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent objection-handling and persuasive communication skills
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or high-ticket sales is a plus
  • Background in MSP, BPO, staffing, or recruiting is highly preferred
