We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead our high-volume outbound sales efforts. This remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, excels at cold calling, and consistently turns outreach into qualified leads.
As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your ability to quickly build rapport, handle objections, and create interest will play a critical role in driving our business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients

Engage decision-makers and qualify leads through effective conversations

Build rapport quickly and uncover potential opportunities

Follow up consistently to advance leads through the sales funnel

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies
Requirements

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Minimum 3 years of outbound cold calling in sales or lead generation

Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent objection-handling and persuasive communication skills

Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or high-ticket sales is a plus

Background in MSP, BPO, staffing, or recruiting is highly preferred
