Position: Outbound Sales Representative
We're looking for a driven and resilient Outbound Sales Representative - SDR to help generate new business opportunities through strategic cold outreach. Youll play a crucial role in growing our client base by initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with high-potential prospects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to close.
What Youll Do
Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to targeted leads
- Research and identify key decision-makers across ideal customer profiles
- Create tailored, compelling outreach messages to generate interest
- Leverage dialer tools to increase efficiency and maintain consistency
Lead Qualification & Handoff
- Qualify outbound and inbound leads based on defined criteria
- Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
- Track activity and lead status accurately in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Collaboration & Feedback Loop
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targeting
- Provide real-time market insights to inform broader sales strategies
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly quotas for calls, emails, and meetings set
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or cold calling roles
- Proven success booking qualified meetings and hitting sales targets
- Excellent English communication skillsclear, confident, persuasive
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls and handling objections
- Strong time management, self-motivation, and follow-up discipline
- Resilient and goal-drivenyou dont take no for an answer
- Familiarity with B2B sales, SaaS, fintech, MSP, BPO, or staffing industries is a plus
