We are seeking a strategic, operations-minded Executive Assistant who can act as an extension of the CEO. This person will drive projects forward, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and serve as a thought partner and force multiplier. This role goes far beyond calendar management. You will take on internal projects, improve communication, and play a central role in helping our team and leadership operate effectively.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and strategy. You will work across the business, supporting the CEO with projects, operations, and internal systems. What You Will Do

Strategic and Project Support

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO on key decisions and priorities

  • Lead internal projects such as onboarding, team operations, and product feedback workflows

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution and alignment

  • Create dashboards, reports, and updates to track company progress

Operations and Internal Enablement

  • Own and improve documentation, workflows, and internal communication

  • Support systems across hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews

  • Draft clear and professional messages for internal and client communication

  • Identify and solve process issues before they become problems

Executive Support (Selective)

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and time prioritization

  • Track follow-ups and make sure deliverables are completed

  • Prepare briefing documents, meeting notes, and basic presentation materials

  • Assist with email and Slack triage to reduce CEO workload

What We Are Looking For

Strategic Operator

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in executive support, operations, or project management at high-growth companies

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and align multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable working independently and solving open-ended problems

  • Skilled at building structure in unclear situations

Strong Communicator

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High emotional intelligence and presence when working with leadership

  • Confident sharing ideas, asking questions, and giving feedback

Detail-Oriented Executor

  • Experienced with tools like Notion, ClickUp, GSuite, and Slack

  • Strong follow-through and attention to quality

  • Able to manage competing priorities and switch contexts quickly
