Description of the Scope of Work

The scope of work will consist of construction activities (with an estimated duration of 1516 months), with the possibility of extension to include commissioning.

The working schedule will be full-time from Monday to Friday, and half-days on Saturdays.

Every three months, 15 days of unpaid leave will be granted.

In addition to the salary, Opex will cover mobilization costs, transportation, accommodation, and related expenses.

Possessing a European ID is a required condition.

Main Functions

• Plan and coordinate all civil works activities, from site preparation to the final delivery of structures and platforms.
• Supervise the team of civil supervisors and contractors, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
• Review and validate construction drawings, procedures, and schedules in coordination with engineering and planning.
• Oversee the execution of foundations, structures, drainage systems, and finishes, in accordance with technical specifications and client standards.
• Manage resources, deviations, and technical risks, maintaining continuous communication with site management and other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, quality standards, and the projects HSE policies.
