About the job Electrical Supervisor
Description of the work
The scope of the work would be construction and commissioning.
New petrochemical complex in Lillo (Antwerp), Belgium, consisting of an ethane cracker facility together with associated outside battery limit infrastructure.
Starting in November, the duration will be at least one year (12 months).
The work schedule would be full-time from Monday to Friday.
Every 3 months, 15 days of unpaid leave will be granted.
Possessing a European ID is a required condition
Main Responsibilities

Supervise the execution of electrical works in the field, including preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment installation, wiring, and system testing.

Coordinate and oversee technical personnel and subcontractors, ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with work plans and technical procedures.

Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and technical documentation before the start of the work.

Verify compliance with technical and electrical safety standards, including the use of appropriate protective equipment.

Document and report incidents, progress, and deviations, providing regular updates to the Electrical Superintendent or Project Manager.

Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies across all field activities.
