Exciting Performance Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to manage the performance and growth of all digital marketing channels for our brands in Turkey on D2C and Marketplaces. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee performance marketing across several DTC verticals, setting up advertising funnels from scratch across major platforms such as Google, META, Snap, and others, with a focus on achieving conversion-focused results. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate customer acquisition and retention strategies for various DTC brands together with brand managers, marketing, and creative team members.
  • Manage the performance and growth of all digital marketing channels for our brands in Turkey on D2C and Marketplaces.
  • Set up advertising accounts and build funnels across multiple paid media platforms.
  • Daily performance optimizations.
  • Reporting and analytics.
  • Campaign coordination with multiple brand stakeholders.
  • Budget allocation across paid media channels.
  • Ad copy and creative project management and performance analysis.

Perfect Fit

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search channels for ecommerce brands.
  • Proven track record of setting up advertising funnels from scratch across major platforms Google, META, Snap and such.
  • Conversion focused.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders marketing, brand managers, campaign managers, and creative teams.
  • Fluency with data analytics platforms.
  • Technical understanding of all aspects of account setup and ability to communicate necessary requirements to product and tech teams. Including but not limited to pixels, conversion API, and google merchant center.
  • In-depth knowledge of ad optimization best practices and A/B testing.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English.
  • Shopify knowledge.
  • Understanding of basic CRO principles and user experience.
