Exciting Operation Executive Opportunity

Working as an Operation Executive involves coordinating with various teams and partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations, tracking and analyzing crucial data metrics, updating the stock on e-commerce platforms, resolving issues, and making important decisions to optimize operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team/partners to ensure proper supply at different warehouses/marketplace partners.
  • Create KPIs for monitoring the performance of sales team members.
  • Keep a check on the warehouse/marketplace stock and coordinate the estimated sales requirements with the planning team to avoid any shortfall in stock. 
  • Track, report and analyze operational data metrics related to E-commerce (Fulfillment, Cancellation, promise time, Stock, Returns etc.)
  • Daily update of stock on E-commerce / Partner platforms based on input given by the internal team.
  • Create consignment to E-commerce platforms (Trendyol /Amazon etc.) based on input from the internal team until its delivered, inbounded and the stock appears on the respective E-commerce portal.
  • Liaising with E-commerce platform representatives if this issue(s) with shipments to platforms, drop-off hubs or pick-ups and resolving the issue(s) end to end.
  • Checking daily orders from E-commerce platforms and ensuring orders are being processed timely in the given lead time on the platforms and raising a red flag if the SLA on the website platform or with the marketplace is breached.
  • Responsible for retrieving returned items from customers from E-commerce platforms and submitting claims if the items are damaged and not sellable.
  • Perform analysis every month on slow-moving / non-moving products and request management approval.

The perfect fit

  • 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce and Operations in a consumer brand-focused company is mandatory.
  • Comfort with marketplace platforms such as Trendyol, Amazon and Logistics portals.
  • Well-versed in dealing with e-commerce support executives of marketplaces for order fulfilment, inventory and returns.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven. Priorities data over anecdotes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Having worked in a consumer-focused product brand company is an added plus.
  • A go-getter attitude along with ownership and accountability for all activities.
