About the job Operations Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-time
Hours: Two shifts available — one daytime (EST) and one nighttime (EST), with a few hours of overlap
Role Overview
As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and internal teams can seamlessly use the platform. You will work closely with sales and customer-facing teams to configure backend systems, manage demo environments, and support operational workflows that keep everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in structured processes and enjoys optimizing systems for efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with sales and customer success teams to set up new platform instances and configure customer accounts in the backend

Manage demo environments, including setting up and shutting down instances as needed

Execute and maintain custom configurations for both internal and external use cases

Follow established operational workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery

Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills

Several years of experience in operations, data entry, or administrative roles requiring high attention to detail

Comfort working within structured workflows and product-related processes

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams
