About the Role
OpsArmy is seeking a High-Volume Recruitment Specialist who can aggressively build talent pipelines and fill roles across multiple departments at scale. Youll play a central role in our growth by identifying strong candidates, managing fast-moving funnels, and consistently hitting hiring targets.
This is a role for someone who enjoys operating with urgency, thrives in a startup environment, and can balance multiple open positions at once. Youll make an immediate impact by sourcing globally, improving recruiting workflows, and helping teams stay fully staffed.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Pipeline Management
- Handle multiple requisitions at once across operations, customer support, sales, and entry-level roles.
- Create and maintain organized, predictable pipelines that support continual hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
- Find candidates using active and passive sourcing strategies, such as LinkedIn outreach, groups, job boards, niche communities, and referral programs.
- Engage talent through personalized, high-volume outreach that drives strong response rates.
Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct initial screenings to assess skill fit, communication, and alignment with role expectations.
- Move candidates quickly and efficiently through each stage of the process.
Hiring Partner Collaboration
- Work with hiring teams to understand role priorities, ideal profiles, and volume demands.
- Recommend sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and improvements to speed up hiring.
Recruitment Tools & Reporting
- Track all recruiting activities in ATS tools such as Manatal or Workable.
- Maintain data accuracy and report on progress, funnel activity, and daily hiring movement.
Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in the recruiting process and suggest enhancements for scale.
- Refine message templates, screening criteria, and scheduling workflows.
What You Bring
- 2-5 years experience in high-volume recruiting or startup hiring.
- Experience sourcing globally or recruiting offshore talent.
- Strong written and verbal English (B2/C1 level).
- Ability to work quickly while staying organized and accurate.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and ATS systems.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
